Aarti Wig is Director of Ecosystem Engagement at Ek Kutumb Solutions, where she leads partnerships and external engagement across government, philanthropy, civil society and the private sector. She works to ensure that citizen insights and values-based research inform climate policy, investment decisions and the design of climate transitions across India.

Over the past 20 years, Aarti has built organisations, partnerships and initiatives at the intersection of social innovation, systems change and sustainable development. Before joining Ek Kutumb, she was Senior Advisor at the India Climate Collaborative, where she supported philanthropic engagement and strategic convenings to strengthen India's climate ecosystem. Earlier, she was co-Founder and CEO of Yunus Social Business India, focused on impact investing and corporate social innovation and later served as Head of Future Thinking at Yunus Social Business Global Initiatives, working with global companies, foundations and institutions to reimagine the role of business in addressing complex social and environmental challenges. She began her career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan.

A graduate of the London School of Economics, Aarti is an Aspen Global Leadership Network Fellow, a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader and an Asia 21 Young Leader. She is a frequent speaker on social innovation and the evolving relationship between business, society and public purpose.
