
Aditya Tyagi is the Co-Founder of I-Saksham Education and Learning Foundation, a nonprofit enabling young women from marginalized communities in Bihar to become leaders of change through education, agency, and community leadership. Since co-founding the organization in 2015, he has helped build I-Saksham's flagship Edu-Leader Fellowship, which equips rural young women to drive lasting change in their families, schools, and communities while advancing the organization's vision of "Voice and Choice for Every Woman." Prior to I-Saksham, Aditya served as a Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow in Bihar and Arunachal Pradesh, where he worked with district administrations on rural development initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked in business analytics across risk, operations, and sustainability. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Development Practice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a Master of Computer Applications from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)
