Akshay Tyagi (he/his) is the DGM - Talent Management and DEI at The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group and a Founding Member of the Keshav Suri Foundation.

With a leadership role that integrates Talent Management with a deep focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Akshay drives systemic change within one of India's leading hospitality chains. His approach is rooted in intersectional advocacy, committed to creating safe and equitable workplaces for marginalized communities, including the LGBTQIA+ community, People with Disabilities (PwD), and acid attack survivors.

Akshay’s impact extends far beyond the corporate world. He actively collaborates with over 100 NGOs and has played a key role in sensitizing over 200 corporate organizations and 100 academic institutions on DEI best practices. His dedication has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Red Achievers Award and the Emerging HR Leader Award.

He is a compelling speaker and thought leader who shares practical strategies for building an inclusive world where every individual feels valued and empowered to thrive.
