Aman Bhaiya is the Vice President & Head - Strategy & Growth at SBI Foundation and a founding team member of the organisation. Since joining at its inception in 2015, he has played a key role in shaping the Foundation’s strategic direction, programme portfolio and partnerships, with extensive experience across CSR, social impact and strategic programme development.

Prior to joining SBI Foundation, Aman worked as an Equity Advisor with Edelweiss Financial Services, gaining experience in financial markets and advisory. At SBI Foundation, he has led and contributed to initiatives across education, healthcare, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, disability, women’s empowerment, environment and sports, while building collaborations with government, civil society and other stakeholders.

A first-generation learner, Aman holds a PGDM from IIM Shillong and a B.Com from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. His work focuses on leveraging strategy, innovation and cross-sector partnerships to develop scalable solutions and create meaningful, sustainable social impact.
