Anant Bhagwati is a Partner in Bridgespan’s India office, based in Mumbai, with nearly 20 years of experience across consulting and FMCG. Previously, he served as Director for Capacity Building and Expertise at Dasra, where he worked on strategic philanthropy, institution building and field building, including the Social Compact collaborative for migrant workers. Before joining Dasra, he was a Partner at Bain India, where he co-led the firm’s digital-enabled transformation practice.

Anant focuses on applying business and consulting insights to social-sector challenges, with a particular interest in equity, inclusion and building stronger institutions. He has co-authored multiple editions of the Bain India Philanthropy Report and recent research on philanthropic collaboratives in India, and has written for publications including Forbes and The Economic Times.
