Mr. Anil Bhardwaj is Secretary General of the Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME) and a leading expert on MSME development, industrial and trade policy, and global value chains. He has advised and led MSME initiatives for several leading multilateral and bilateral institutions, including the World Bank, ADB and UN agencies. He currently serves on the Uttar Pradesh Economic Advisory Group and a High-Powered Standing Committee constituted by NITI Aayog. He is also an author and a regular commentator on issues shaping the growth and competitiveness of Indian MSMEs.
