Annette Francis Parakkal is a development professional and currently serves as Head of Strategy, Design & MEL at GAME (Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship). She brings extensive experience in programme strategy, entrepreneurship, skilling and impact measurement, with a focus on designing and scaling solutions that create meaningful livelihood and employment outcomes. At GAME, she leads strategy, programme design and MEL efforts, working closely with various teams to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems and build evidence for what works.
