Aradhika Menokee leads Karya Learn, the skilling arm of Karya that enables workers to build capabilities and access opportunities in the AI economy. Previously, Aradhika established and led the Capacity Building vertical at Wadhwani AI, strengthening governments and marginalised communities through AI education initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and brings 8+ years of experience at the intersection of workforce development, technology, and data.
