With 16+ years of experience across government programmes, technology-enabled service delivery, strategic partnerships in multiple domains, Archi leads large-scale programmes across public healthcare, renewable energy, social development across citizen services.

Her core strength lies in translating policy priorities into scalable implementation models. She has led the strategy, stakeholder coordination and last-mile implementation of flagship national programmes at population scale. Some examples include enabling Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) delivery serving approximately 18+ crore citizens; supporting 10 million+ households in adopting rooftop solar under PM-Surya Ghar Yojana; enabling cumulative outreach to 100 million+ citizens through International Day of Yoga campaigns.
