Chetana Koulagi is a senior leader with over two decades of experience across technology, strategy, operations, governance and social impact. She currently leads Sanmati 2.0 - Digital & AI Inclusion at The/Nudge, an initiative focused on expanding women’s participation across India’s digital value chains and creating more inclusive pathways to digital work.

Previously, Chetana served as State Head, Karnataka, for The/Nudge’s Indian Administrative Fellowship, where she worked with government departments on technology-enabled solutions and governance initiatives. She has also held senior roles at Infosys in delivery risk management and project management.
