Debdoot Mukherjee is the Chief AI Scientist and Head of Demand Engineering at Meesho, with over 18 years of experience in research, engineering and technical architecture. Before Meesho, he led the AI team at ShareChat and Moj, and earlier headed Data Sciences at Hike and personalization efforts at Myntra. He began his career at IBM Research, working on enterprise search and information extraction.

At Meesho, Debdoot has driven PRISM, the company's real-time ranking and intent-signal architecture spanning 100+ AI models and 6 trillion daily inferences, and led the open-sourcing of BharatMLStack, Meesho's ML infrastructure platform. He has authored over 20 publications and filed over 25 patents, and holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, where he graduated at the top of his class.
