Deepak P.M. is the Chief Executive Officer of Cognizant Foundation, where he leads the Foundation’s work across education, employability and healthcare. With three decades of experience spanning technology, business operations and social impact, he brings a distinctive perspective on translating corporate capabilities into meaningful community outcomes. Earlier, as Global Head of Cognizant Outreach, he scaled one of Cognizant’s flagship employee volunteering programmes, engaging employees across 29 countries and generating over 3.4 million volunteer hours. His work today focuses on building strong partnerships and governance models that enable sustainable social impact at scale.
