Dhruba Jyoti Gogoi is a development professional currently serving as the State Project Manager (Livelihoods and Marketing) for the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM). Over his decade-long journey with ASRLM, he has dedicated his career to designing and executing scalable rural development strategies that drive sustainable economic growth across Assam.

In his current role, he is  leading the state's strategic livelihoods and marketing initiatives. His core focus is on empowering rural communities, bridging the gap between local producers and mainstream markets, and creating sustainable income opportunities for thousands of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and micro-entrepreneurs. Driven by a deep understanding of Assam's socio-economic landscape, he is passionate about strengthening grassroots livelihoods and fostering long-term rural transformation.
