Dipti Singhal is the Chief Strategy Officer at Generation India Foundation (GIF), where she leads strategy, fundraising, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the organisation’s growth and scale its impact. She brings close to two decades of experience across fundraising, business development, strategy, grant management, and organisational capacity building, with a focus on building partnerships and translating opportunities into scalable programmes and impact.

Prior to Generation, Dipti led fundraising for the Social & Economic Empowerment practice at IPE Global, focusing on gender mainstreaming and strategic donor engagement across Asia and East Africa. She has also held leadership roles at Pratham (Institute), Shiv Nadar Foundation, Dasra, and Sesame Workshop India, giving her experience across philanthropy, nonprofits, social enterprises, and established and early-stage organisations.

An MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur (Class of 2007), Dipti began her career with Deloitte & Touche before transitioning to the development sector in 2012.
