Dr. Nidhi Pundhir is Senior Vice President, Global CSR at HCLTech and Director of HCL Foundation, where she leads the organisation’s global CSR agenda and programmes focused on inclusive development and sustainability. With over 27 years of experience across social development, public health and human rights, she has worked extensively on programme strategy, implementation, advocacy and systems change across diverse geographies. She has shaped initiatives including the HCL Grant and HCL Uday programmes and previously led Plan International’s first Global Strategy on Child Protection Programming. Her work brings together corporate leadership, community development and a strong focus on creating impact for disadvantaged and marginalised communities.
