Dr. Shraman Jha is CEO of the Hindustan Unilever Foundation (HUF), where he leads the organisation’s work on water conservation, sustainable resource management and community-led action. He brings over three decades of experience across consumer goods, business strategy, brand management, education, policy advocacy and social impact, including leadership roles at Unilever and FrieslandCampina. He also serves as Co-chair of the FICCI Water Mission, working to build cross-sector partnerships around water stewardship. His experience combines corporate leadership with a strong focus on sustainability, rural communities and responsible resource use.
