Giresh Mohan is the General Manager and Head Operations, Social Investments at ITC Limited, leading large-scale social investment initiatives focused on sustainable livelihoods, natural resource management, climate resilience, landscape restoration, and community development. With over two and half decades of experience in the development sector, he has spearheaded the design and implementation of impactful programmes and built strategic partnerships with government agencies, academic institutions, and development organizations to drive inclusive and scalable change. His work has advanced innovative models in rural development and sustainable value creation. Giresh has published research on resource economics, carbon sequestration, waste management, and agroforestry, and serves on the FICCI Water Mission and CII National Task Force on Rural Development & Migrant Workforce as a member.
