Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) is a progressive and transformative leader who was instrumental in driving the economic growth and development of the Indian state of Telangana. He is a five-time MLA from Sircilla and currently serving as the Working President of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS).

As a former Minister for IT, Industries, Municipal Administration, and Urban Development, KTR was at the forefront of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in the state. During his tenure, he has also been a strong advocate for the empowerment of women and youth, and has led several initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and providing training and employment opportunities for young people.
