With a remarkable 28-year career in the development sector, her expertise lies in community mobilization, capacity building, livelihood promotion, microfinance, and the management of programs aimed at socially empowering women and adolescents.

Prior to her current role, she served as the Project Director of Women Development Corporations at the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar, and has played a crucial role in crafting its Women Empowerment Policy. Her tenure allowed her to gain invaluable experience in managing government initiatives and implementing policies at a grassroots level.

Mrs. Sinha's dedication to empowering women extends beyond her professional life. She has also actively engaged in voluntary social services, contributing to causes such as supporting the education of visually impaired students and children of domestic workers.
