John Paul is the Executive Director and Chief Program Officer at The/Nudge, where he leads the Economic Inclusion Program and Asha Kiran. His work focuses on strengthening resilient livelihoods and enabling pathways out of poverty for underserved rural households across India.

He brings experience across livelihoods, product innovation, consulting, healthcare, and fast-moving consumer goods. Before taking on his current role, he served as Head of Product and Innovation at The/Nudge’s Centre for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, where he helped build employability programs for underserved youth. Earlier in his career, he worked with Frost & Sullivan and Reckitt Benckiser. His work combines program strategy, innovation, and execution to design and scale solutions that improve economic opportunities for communities sustainably and at scale.

John is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and the Indian School of Business.
