Kirti Chaudhary belongs to a family of 5 members. Her father is a private teacher and her mother is a homemaker. She also has two brothers.

The family faced financial difficulties in the past, which made it hard for Kirti to continue her studies smoothly. For several years, she struggled to keep her education on track because of the family's economic situation. However, despite these challenges, her family always supported her career and future dreams.

Kirti believes that her first job is only the beginning of her career. She has a special interest in the government sector and wishes to build her career in this field in the future. She is continuously working to enhance her skills and experience in order to fulfil her dreams.

According to Kirti, the "How to Get a Job" course available on the YouthHub platform was very interesting and easy to understand. Whenever she had any doubts or difficulties, VLE Purushottam Singh fully supported her.

Through this programme, Kirti learned how to use job portals, improve her resume, and apply for jobs in her field of interest. These skills significantly helped her move towards employment.

Kirti already knew VLE Purushottam Singh. On his encouragement, she enrolled in UNICEF's Digital Girls Hub programme. Knowing that placement support would be provided after successfully completing the programme, she completed the training with full dedication.

Kirti believes that programmes like Digital Girls Hub provide young women with important opportunities to begin their careers. This experience helped her understand more deeply the importance of education and financial independence. She believes that people's mindset in her area is now changing positively.

After completing the training, Kirti was appointed as a Receptionist at Kaushal Vikas Shiksha Samiti Sansthan. She currently earns a monthly salary of ₹10,000. This employment has helped her become financially independent and stable.

Today, Kirti Chaudhary is moving forward in her career with confidence. Her success shows that despite difficult circumstances, dreams can be realised with the right guidance, learning opportunities, and strong determination. Kirti's journey is also a source of inspiration for other young women who wish to bring positive change in their lives through education and employment.
