Kuldeep Singh is the Asia Regional Director at Seva Foundation, where he works across governments, health systems, eye-care institutions and development partners to expand access to quality eye care across Asia.
With more than 15 years of experience across government, consulting and social impact, Kuldeep brings a strong focus on translating ideas into scalable programs. His work has included supporting national and state-level health initiatives, strengthening partnerships with eye hospitals and community organisations, and building models that can reach underserved populations through existing health systems.
At Seva Foundation, Kuldeep has helped strengthen a regional network of eye-care partners and foster collaboration between organisations working to address avoidable blindness. His approach is rooted in the belief that sustainable change comes not only from delivering services, but from building the partnerships, capabilities and systems that allow those services to reach people consistently and at scale.
As President of Vision 2020; The Right to Sight India, Kuldeep represents the largest consortium of eye care provider institutions and closely works with eye health care providers, government and state eye health departments.
He has worked with organisations and institutions including the Government of India, NITI Aayog and Tata Trusts, and is an Acumen Fellow and a Swedish Institute fellow. He also serves on the board of Vision 2020: The Right to Sight - India.
Kuldeep is particularly interested in the intersection of health systems, partnerships, and scale and in how proven interventions can move from individual programs to sustainable, population-level solutions.
