A Senior Ashoka Fellow and Founder & CEO of Udhyam Learning Foundation, Mekin Maheshwari is an engineering graduate from PESIT, Bangalore, who began his career at Yahoo! before joining Flipkart in 2009, where he led technology and people functions.

In 2017, he founded Udhyam to build entrepreneurial mindsets and 21st-century skills among youth and nano-entrepreneurs. Udhyam has reached 4.7 million learners, enabled 55,000+ educators, and worked across 14,000+ government schools in 15 states — supporting 12,000+ nano-entrepreneurs and driving ₹120+ crore in cumulative income growth.
Mekin also co-founded G.A.M.E. (Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship)  and ACT Grants, serves on the boards of TeamLease and Khan Academy India, and has invested in 90+ start-ups as an angel investor.
