Monica leads the Financial Inclusion pillar of DBS Foundation. She also leads DBS Bank’s corporate volunteerism movement called People of Purpose.

She leads initiatives that drive financial and digital literacy, employability, and financial access for underprivileged communities across Asia. This work directly supports DBS’ commitment of up to SGD 1 billion and 1.5 million volunteer hours towards uplifting lives and livelihoods over the next decade.

Prior to DBS, Monica gained over 18 years of international experience in various roles within the FMCG sector across diverse geographies. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, she has lived and worked in India and the UK before making Singapore her home.
