Namrata is the Senior General Manager – Growth & Delivery Excellence at NuSocia. With over 8 years of experience in the social impact sector, she has led and contributed to more than 200 projects across multiple states, working closely with corporates, foundations, government institutions, and civil society organisations.

In her current role, Namrata leads NuSocia’s quality assurance and delivery excellence framework, supporting organisations and programmes to strengthen the quality, rigour, and effectiveness of their work. Her experience spans CSR strategy, programme design, impact assessment, sustainability, and community development, giving her a practical understanding of what funders look for when assessing an organisation’s readiness, credibility, programme approach, and ability to demonstrate impact.
She holds an MSc in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in CSR and brings a practitioner’s perspective to helping non-profits strengthen their organisational and programme readiness for engaging with funders.
