Neenu Porus is a seasoned Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) professional with extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, learning and development, and building inclusive workplaces. She currently serves as Director – HR, DEI at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.), where she focuses on strengthening people practices and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Over the course of her career, Neenu has held leadership roles across human resources, talent management and learning and development. Prior to her current role, she served as an Associate Director of Human Resources at IndiGo and has also worked with organisations including Yum! Brands, Hero Mindmine and ICFAI, gaining diverse experience in organisational development, training, content development and employee capability building. She is a certified Thomas Profiling Assessment (PPA) practitioner and a Master Trainer for the GROW® Coaching Model.

Neenu’s contributions have been recognised through several professional awards, including the Think Tank Award, Best Team Award, Diamond in the Making, Star Performer of the Year, Einstein Award and Best Trainer Award.
