Nivedita Soni is Director at Pravah, where she leads work on youth leadership and participation. She has over 15 years of experience across youth development, organisational facilitation and international volunteering, and has worked extensively on creating spaces for young people, particularly young women and girls, to shape conversations and systems that affect their lives. She previously served as Program Director - International Volunteering at Pravah and co-founded Purple Mangoes Facilitators.
