Pallav Tiwari works with UNICEF on large-scale learning-to-earning initiatives, with a focus on reimagining skilling systems for young people, particularly women. He brings over 15 years of experience working across education, skilling, technology and government, and has designed and scaled programmes reaching more than 5 million youth, with livelihood outcomes for over 10,000 young women. His current work includes applying digital platforms and AI-enabled tools to build low-cost models that can be adopted within public systems.
