Pankaj is an Acumen Fellow and possesses an experience that extends across both the realms of development and the for-profit sector. Prior to his foray into the development sector, Pankaj dedicated more than two decades to global for-profit enterprises, where he oversaw strategy, planning, and operations in international markets spanning the European Union, Australia, and North America.

Currently Pankaj leads the Head Held High Foundation, spearheading efforts to alleviate poverty across rural India. With a vision of building an equitable and resilient Bharat, the foundation focuses on empowering youth, fostering women-led micro-entrepreneurship, and creating inclusive economic pathways for underserved communities.

Pankaj is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
