
Pradeep Singh is a social-impact, monitoring and evaluation professional with more than 15 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, impact management and sustainability. He currently heads Monitoring & Impact for CSR at HDFC Bank, where he works on strengthening evidence-based approaches to CSR and ensuring that the organisation's social investments translate into measurable and meaningful outcomes. His experience spans areas including education, healthcare and financial inclusion, with a particular focus on developing systems and frameworks that enable large-scale CSR programmes to be monitored and evaluated effectively. At HDFC Bank, he has been involved in strengthening standardised impact-assessment approaches covering research design, data collection, analysis, reporting and interpretation, helping generate insights across a geographically diverse portfolio of CSR initiatives. He has also contributed to discussions and thought leadership around the evolution of CSR from activity and output measurement towards more rigorous impact management and evidence-led programme design. Pradeep pursued his Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
