Prashant Pachisia is the Founder Director of 2COMS Group and Director of Edujobs Academy, with over 30 years of experience in skill development, workforce management and human resources. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1993 with a franchise of Aptech Limited, founded Futurecom in 1995 and established 2COMS Group in 1999. Today, 2COMS Group has over 9,000 employees, manages more than 50,000 apprentices and trains and places around 21,000 candidates.

A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Pachisia has built and led ventures across skill development, recruitment and staffing, social enterprise, apprenticeships, workforce solutions and international mobility. His initiatives include EduJobs Academy, Train@Works, Jobs+ Degree Program, GUg4U, Care Netram and Indiatalent. He is a graduate of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and continues to work on innovative models that strengthen pathways between skills, apprenticeships and employment.
