
Prashant Sinha is the Chief Operating Officer at the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), where he leads Government Programs, State Engagement and Central Ministry partnerships. With over two decades of experience across consulting, public policy and skill development, he has played a key role in advancing large-scale skilling initiatives and strengthening industry-government collaboration.
Prior to his current role, Prashant worked with leading professional services and consulting organisations including EY, Accenture and PwC, with a focus on strategy, skill development, education and workforce-related initiatives. He has also held leadership roles in the skilling ecosystem, bringing extensive experience in programme design, research, policy advisory and stakeholder engagement.
An alumnus of the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, Prashant is passionate about building industry-aligned skills and creating pathways that connect India’s talent with emerging opportunities. His work today focuses on strengthening India’s skilling ecosystem and enabling a future-ready workforce.
