Radha Varadarajan is Chief Skills Officer at Naandi Foundation, leading Job Factory and Project Nanhi Kali. Her work focuses on future-ready skills, experiential learning and creating practical, scalable solutions that empower young people to navigate a rapidly changing world. Her research foregrounds youth voices that fall outside dominant narratives of success. She holds a PhD from the University of Madras.
