Radhika Bhagwat leads Glific, a Project Tech4Dev open-source WhatsApp platform that helps NGOs across India communicate, collaborate, and collect data with the communities they serve. Here she heads passionate product managers, developers, sales and customer success teams in marching towards their vision - working to make last-mile digital communication accessible and affordable for the social sector at scale.

Radhika spent two decades at Amazon and Health-Tech before pivoting to the social impact space in 2023, drawn by the chance to apply her tech and team-building experience to closing the digital divide for grassroots organizations. She holds a Master's in Software Engineering from San Jose State University, and is based in the Bay Area, working remotely to support NGOs and communities across India.
