Rajesh Thokale is the Program Director of Pratham’s Skilling Programme, where he works on vocational skills and pathways to employment for young people. He has been associated with Pratham’s skilling work for several years and has experience working across diverse development and community-focused initiatives.

Rajesh is also a Co-Founder and Trustee of Pratham InfoTech Foundation, which works to bridge the digital divide and equip underserved communities and youth with digital and employability skills. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University and has previously worked across literacy, waste management, construction and All India Radio.
