Ridhima Khurana is a Manager at The Bridgespan Group, where she works with philanthropic and social-sector organisations on strategy and impact. Her work has included research on climate resilience and livelihoods for smallholder farmers and farm workers in India, including Bridgespan’s work on six bold bets for building climate resilience and prosperity.

She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and has previously worked with organisations including the Young India Foundation and Teach For India.
