Ruby Pahuja Sharma, Assistant General Manager, Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), has over 17 years of extensive experience in MSME credit and development sector. Over the course of her career, she has  worked closely with MSMEs, industry associations and development-focused organizations, contributing to the initiatives that strengthen access to finance and promote inclusive socio-economic growth.

Her expertise spans end-to-end credit processes, structuring and evaluation of financial solutions, and assessment of development-oriented projects across sectors, with focus on sustainability and impact. She brings a pragmatic approach on supporting initiatives aimed at inclusive growth with an understanding of ground-level enterprise challenges.

Ruby has done B.Com from Allahabad University and is a Chartered Accountant.
