Sagarika Rout is a District Science Supervisor at the District Education Officer’s Office, Cuttack, Odisha. She holds an MSc and MPhil in Zoology, along with an MEd, with a specialisation in Life Sciences. She is also a Master Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has served as a State Resource Person for initiatives including Utkarsh, Khan Academy, capacity building of secondary teachers, and the Aspirational Curriculum (Jigyansa). She also has expertise in e-content development. In her current role, she oversees teacher training programmes, examinations, district-level educational programmes and other educational activities across the district.
