
Sayani is currently working as the Programme Coordinator at SEWA Bharat, where she is leading the organisation's work on entrepreneurship, with a focus on government and strategic partnerships and system strengthening and ecosystem development. At SEWA Bharat, she has shaped the work on women collective enterprises and has scaled it for adoption and integration in the larger ecosystem. She brings 16 years of experience in designing, leading and scaling high-impact programmes, across women economic empowerment, inclusive and sustainable livelihoods, education and skill development. Over the course of her career, she has worked with the Government of India and leading social impact organisations, where she has played a key role in translating ideas into measurable and sustainable outcomes, at the grassroots, national and international levels.
