Sharvi Dublish leads the Jobs & Livelihoods portfolio in India at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Her work focuses on helping young people access dignified and meaningful livelihood opportunities and improving employment outcomes through data-driven programmes and partnerships.
Sharvi joined the foundation in 2018 and has worked across initiatives spanning education, livelihoods, skilling and workforce development. She collaborates with partners and stakeholders to design and scale approaches that address the root causes of barriers to employment and support long-term economic mobility for young people.
Before joining the foundation, she spent more than five years in analytics, strategy and programme-management roles at Essex Lake Group and American Express. She studied economics at St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi, and holds a master's degree in economics from the Delhi School of Economics.
