Sheetal Bathija is the Talent, Culture and Performance Lead for NatWest India , responsible to lead the Culture & Capability work in India by collaborating with business leaders to deliver a corporate culture that’s aligned to NatWest’s overall organisational Purpose and Ambition . She works in partnership with the leadership for the development of culture and behavioural change initiatives, products and services that deliver the Bank’s Purpose and Culture.

Sheetal has been with the Organisation for 20 years now and has worked in a variety of roles within Retail Banking India, Risk & Controls, Operations and Quality.

Prior to working at Natwest she has worked for Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd and Ford Motor Company for about 3 years in Finance roles. Sheetal is a Chartered Accountant from the institute of Chartered Accountancy in India.
