
Sindhu holds an M.Phil. in Public Health and a Master’s degree in Social Science, with over 25 years of experience in the social development sector across India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
She has worked extensively with government institutions, multilateral agencies, and research organisations, providing expertise in social policy and advocacy, strategy development, programme management, organisational and partner development, and research and evaluation. Her experience spans mixed-method, qualitative and participatory research, knowledge management, scaling and programme implementation, community-based participatory learning and planning, and rights-based approaches.Sindhu brings a rich cross-country and practitioner perspective to the workshop, helping non-profits reflect on their organisational strengths, programme approach, evidence and learning, and readiness to engage effectively with funders.
