Sonali Saini is the Founder and Executive Director of Sol’s ARC, a nonprofit focused on advancing inclusive education and employment pathways for vulnerable populations, particularly persons with disabilities. With over 25 years of experience in the sector, she brings expertise in inclusive pedagogy, programme design and systems change. Under her leadership, Sol’s ARC works with governments, schools and social organisations to develop scalable solutions that improve foundational learning outcomes and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Ms. Saini holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Management degree in Social Entrepreneurship. She has worked as an inclusive pedagogy consultant with organisations including Educate Girls, Learning Language Foundation and Teach For India, and has supported government partnerships on inclusive foundational learning and disability-focused livelihoods. Her work has contributed to initiatives reaching over four million children and young adults across India, with models being implemented across states including Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Meghalaya.
