Sruthi is a development sector professional with a decade of experience designing and executing large-scale programs at the intersection of entrepreneurship, women's economic empowerment, and inclusive development. As Program Lead at PCI India, she has managed a portfolio targeting approximately 70,000 individuals across skilling, employability, and women's entrepreneurship, while also supporting design, strategy, and implementation across three geographies, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and West Bengal, spanning skilling and employability, women's entrepreneurship, and inclusive circularity. Prior to PCI India, she worked across CSR programs, state-backed incubators, and district administrations, giving her fluency across governance systems and community realities. She is a Young India Fellow and has co-founded two social enterprises, and sees her role as being a force multiplier for community agency rather than a service provider.
