Sudhir Shenoy - Founder, Able Together Trust, is a chemical industry professional with over 35 years of experience across the sector, having served as Senior Vice President of EQUATE Petrochemical Company and Country President & CEO of Dow India. In his personal capacity Sudhir is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with a specific focus on Disability inclusion. 
Through Able Together, he is committed to evangelizing the cause of creating a more inclusive world for persons with disabilities and to provide them with meaningful opportunities to lead a life with dignity. Sudhir is involved with a number of philanthropic initiatives including being a partner with Social Venture Partners (SVP) and has signed the Living My Promise pledge to give at least 50% of his personal wealth to philanthropic causes.
