Sushmita Jain is the Global Disability Inclusion Lead at Wipro, where she works to advance disability inclusion and create more equitable and accessible workplaces. Her role focuses on embedding disability inclusion into organizational practices, fostering belonging and strengthening opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Sushmita has been actively involved in India's disability-inclusion ecosystem and has contributed to conversations around inclusive employment, accessibility, workplace practices and technology-enabled inclusion. She has also been recognized for her contribution to the development of AIF's DI-verse Certification, an initiative focused on building disability-inclusive workplaces. 

Her work reflects the growing role of business in creating workplaces where diversity, accessibility and inclusion are integral to organizational culture.
