Tanushree provides operational leadership to Transform Schools, overseeing finance, HR, technology, compliance, and organisational systems to enable effective delivery at scale. She leads cross-functional planning, resource management and risk mitigation, aligning teams, budgets and systems with programme priorities and donor commitments. Before co-founding Transform Schools, she worked with the Kusuma Foundation, Project Concern International India, and UNICEF. She holds a BBA, Diploma in Information Technology, and M.Sc. in HR Management from the University of Glasgow.
