Varun Rangarajan is the Executive Director - Global Scale & Partnerships at Noora Health, where he leads the organisation's efforts to expand caregiver education programmes through partnerships with governments, healthcare systems, development agencies and nonprofit organisations across South and Southeast Asia. Since joining Noora Health in 2019, he has played a key role in its international expansion, building partnerships that have enabled millions of patients and caregivers to benefit from evidence-based health education. With over two decades of experience across global health, education, public policy and the social sector, he works at the intersection of innovation and systems change to drive large-scale impact.

Prior to joining Noora Health, Varun worked on initiatives focused on education access, community development and the implementation of public welfare programmes. He is also the Founder of Dream India, a Chennai-based nonprofit focused on creating educational opportunities for children from underserved communities. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and has undertaken executive education in nonprofit management at Harvard University, alongside professional certifications in leadership, innovation and project management.
