Originally from the hills of Himachal, Vertika received her early education in convent setups before earning a degree in Computer Science and a postgraduate qualification in HR. Discovering her passion for Learning & Development, she became a certified L&D professional. 

In addition to her focus on strategy building and HR analytics, Vertika is currently engaged in exploring areas such as CSR initiatives and fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces.
