Vibha leads Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts within the workforce at Eternal, where she works to create and expand livelihood opportunities for women and persons with disabilities across food delivery, warehousing, restaurants, and the broader gig economy ecosystem – one of the fastest-growing segments of India's future workforce.

Vibha builds cross-sector partnerships among government entities, industry platforms, and civil society organizations to advance accessible, inclusive employment models at scale. She led Project Zeal, a national award-winning initiative on disability employment, and spearheaded the creation of the Inclusive Dining Toolkit, which equips restaurants to improve physical and service accessibility, alongside programs focused on women's upskilling and mobility-based livelihoods.
