Vibha Kothari is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leader at Zomato, working to build a more inclusive ecosystem across the company's workforce, delivery-partner network and broader stakeholder community.

Her work has included initiatives focused on women's participation in the workforce, disability inclusion, accessibility and equitable livelihood opportunities. At Zomato, she has been closely associated with initiatives such as Project ZEAL, which focuses on creating livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities through the delivery ecosystem. 

Vibha has also contributed to Zomato's work to increase women's participation in last-mile delivery, including initiatives that provide women with training and support to enter delivery work and gain greater economic independence. 

Her work brings together business, inclusion and social impact, with a focus on creating practical pathways to economic participation.
